Cancellation Policy from February 1st through November 30th

30 days prior to arrival: Guests are eligible for a full refund.

Less than 30 days prior to arrival: No refunds are issued

Please note that there are no refunds for shortened stays or unused nights.

Cancellation Policy from December 1st  through January 31st

90 days prior to arrival: Guests are eligible for a full refund less a 10% processing fee.

Less than 90 days prior to arrival: No refunds are issued

CANCELATION FAQ’s:

What if I can’t enter the Cayman Islands due to the Cayman Islands closing the borders?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any refunds for Acts of Man (riots, war, lockdown, governmental order, etc.)

What if I have more guests in my party than I declared at the time of booking?

If your travel party exceeds our licensed capacity, you will not be permitted to check in. We must adhere to capacity rules dictated by the Tourism Office.

Will I be refunded in the event of a hurricane or storm?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any refunds for Acts of God (pandemics, epidemics, hurricanes, tropical storms, etc.).  However, we would be happy to reschedule your trip to a later date.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled the day of travel?

If your flight is cancelled, we will make every efforts to schedule you for new dates, unfortunately we are unable to provide any refunds .
