What is the difference between The Grove and Cora at The Grove?
Both buildings are located side by side just off West Bay Road, directly across the street from Seven Mile Beach, offering the same prime location and easy beach access. The Grove Residences, which opened in 2021, are home to all on-site amenities, including the restaurants and bars, Rec Room gym, convenience stores, and retail spaces. Each Grove residential building features an infinity plunge pool for guests to enjoy. Cora at The Grove, opened at the start of 2026, and is the newest addition to the property. While it does not house the retail and dining venues, it offers a more modern residential experience, and a rooftop pool, just steps away from all of The Grove’s amenities.
We have a complimentary pick-up/drop-off from and to the airport with a private luxury car. Check-in is at 4pm, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us if you arrive before 4pm. Check-out is at 11am. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon availability.

We are located at the best location on the Seven Mile Beach Corridor. The Grove is located directly across the street from the Seven Mile Public Beach access path. The swimming here is fantastic, featuring crystal clear water and powdery white sand.

We have a complimentary pick-up/drop-off from and to the airport with a private luxury car. If they so desire, guests can rent a vehicle and explore the island to its fullest. Please contact us directly for special vehicle rental discounts for The Grove Guests. We can have the car ready and delivered to you right here at The Grove.
Yes, just be aware that we drive on the left and that we have many junctions that use a round-about.
We ask that guests place grocery orders through Foster’s (www.fosters.ky) and schedule delivery. This allows us to ensure the groceries are received and safely stowed in your apartment prior to your arrival.

Yes, your apartment comes with a full set of Lorenza Luxury bed linens and a spare in the closet, bath towels, beach towels and kitchen linens. We are able to have the sofa bed made up with linens before you arrive if needed.
Our coffee maker comes with easy step by step instructions so you can enjoy your preferred brew as soon as you rise. Coffee is not included.
It is approximately a 10 minute drive from Owen Roberts International Airport (airport code GCM) to The Grove.
No, The Grove apartments are a smoke free premise.
Yes, we are able to accommodate pets on the property.

Each apartment comes equipped with two bottles of Fiji water, washing detergent, paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags and luxury body and hair products from Malin + Goetz (The Grove) or Natura Bisse (Cora).
A US$500 security deposit will be held on your bank card on check-in. Security deposits are fully refundable on check-out provided there are no damages to the property.
You will receive a welcome email two-days before your arrival from our reservations team. This will include your exact apartment address with directions. We have a complimentary pick-up/drop-off from and to the airport with a private luxury car.
A member from our Hospitality Team will be there to greet you upon arrival to give you your keys, a quick tour of the grounds and answer any questions you might have.
Smoking is prohibited in our apartments including our patios. Smoking in the property will fully absorb your security deposit. In addition, you may be liable for an additional deep cleaning fee if smoke odors are detected indoors.
Broken furniture/damaged fixtures and missing décor.
We understand that accidents happen; if anything happens during your stay, please mention it to a member of our team as soon as possible so that it can be attended to. Anything beyond reasonable wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit.
Yes, we have three world-class dining destinations and one of the best bars in the Caribbean right here on premises. we also have BBQ grills adjacent to the pools at The Grove.
