When is check-in and check-out?

We have a complimentary pick-up/drop-off from and to the airport with a private luxury car. Check-in is at 4pm, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us if you arrive before 4pm.  Check-out is at 11am. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

What if my flight is delayed?

Please send us your flight information so we can stay informed of any delays.

What is the minimum stay?

We have a three (3) night minimum stay for all our apartments.

Do navigation apps work in the Cayman Islands?

Yes, Google Maps or Waze are both reliable navigation apps in the Cayman Islands.

How far is The Grove from Seven Mile Beach?

We are located at the best location on the Seven Mile Beach Corridor. The Grove is located directly across the street from the Seven Mile Public Beach access path. The swimming here is fantastic, featuring crystal clear water and powdery white sand.

Should I rent a car?

We have a complimentary pick-up/drop-off from and to the airport with a private luxury car. If they so desire, guests can rent a vehicle and explore the island to its fullest.  Please contact us directly for special vehicle rental discounts for The Grove Guests. We can have the car ready and delivered to you right here at The Grove.

Is driving easy?

Yes, just be aware that we drive on the left and that we have many junctions that use a round-about.

Can I have groceries delivered before I arrive?

Absolutely. We ask guests to specify that groceries be delivered between 2pm and 4pm on the date of arrival so we can ensure they are safely stowed in your apartment Please contact us directly to learn more about our grocery and meal delivery options.

Are bed and bath linens provided?

Yes, your apartment comes with a full set of Frette Luxury bed linens and a spare in the closet, bath towels, beach towels and kitchen linens.  We are able to have the sofa bed made up with linens before you arrive if needed.

What type of Coffee Maker do you have?

Our coffee maker comes with easy step by step instructions so you can enjoy your preferred brew as soon as you rise.  All apartments also have a French press for those who prefer a simpler brewing method.

How far is The Grove from the Airport?

It is approximately a 10 minute drive from Owen Roberts International Airport (airport code GCM) to The Grove.

Can I smoke on the property?

No, The Grove apartments are a smoke free premise.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we are able to accommodate pets on the property.

Is the tap water safe to drink?

Yes, our water is filtered from the source and safe to drink.

What consumables are provided in my cottage?

Each cottage comes equipped with two chilled bottles of eco-friendly water, welcome bottled cocktails, coffee and tea, dish soap, a new dish sponge, washing detergent, paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags and luxury body and hair products from Malin + Goetz.

Do you require a Security Deposit?

A US$500 security deposit will be held on your bank card on check-in. Security deposits are fully refundable on check-out provided there are no damages to the property.

How do we enter our apartment?

You will receive a welcome email two-days before your arrival from our reservations team.  This will include your exact apartment address with directions.  We have a complimentary pick-up/drop-off from and to the airport with a private luxury car.
A member from our Hospitality Team will be there to greet you upon arrival to give you your keys, a quick tour of the grounds and answer any questions you might have.

What will put me at risk of losing my security deposit?

Smoking is prohibited in our apartments including our patios. Smoking in the property will fully absorb your security deposit. In addition, you may be liable for an additional deep cleaning fee if smoke odors are detected indoors.
Broken furniture/damaged fixtures and missing décor.
We understand that accidents happen; if anything happens during your stay, please mention it to a member of our team as soon as possible so that it can be attended to. Anything beyond reasonable wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit.

Is there a restaurant on property?

Yes, we have three world-class dining destinations and one of the best bars in the Caribbean right here on premises. we also have BBQ grills adjacent to the pools.

Do we need to pack beach toys?

No, we have beach toys, goggles, beach towels, beach chairs, and snorkel gear for your convenience.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, every apartment is equipped with central air conditioning ensuring a comfortable stay for all our esteemed guests

Upon booking, is the full payment amount collected by The Grove?

Yes, we collect the full amount at the time of booking. Kindly refer to our cancellation policy for further details
